GENERAL INFORMATION

All services require an initial visit (see below) and 3 days advance notice.  Please keep in mind that all pets must be current on vaccinations..

 HOLIDAY’S

The following major holidays are subject to an additional $10 charge per visit: New Years, Memorial Day, Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas eve & Christmas Day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Must call within 24 hours to cancel otherwise full payment is required.

INITIAL VISIT

Free if services are booked.  $10 if additional visit is required.

KEY PICKUP

A $5 fee will be incurred for each drop off and pick up of key before and after services provided.  Members of BLUE KEY CLUB (see below) will not incur these charges.

BLUE KEY CLUB

Members of Blue Key program provide us with one key which we code with a special number and keep on file.  This service requires a one time $5 service fee.   This is handy for last minute notice as well as frequent visits.  Blue Key members also have the advantage of booking with one day advance notice.
